Purposes and legal grounds
Contact and project details are used to answer enquiries, prepare proposals and manage requested pre-contractual steps or contracts. Private accounts and documents support service delivery and professional relationships. Application data is used to assess profiles and contact applicants regarding their request, based on requested pre-contractual steps. Technical logs protect the service and prevent abuse on the basis of legitimate interests. The website does not make automated decisions with legal effects.
Data, providers and retention
Forms identify required fields. Do not provide sensitive information that has not been requested. Data is hosted on MONTITEC’s Hetzner server in Helsinki, Finland; Google Workspace provides email services. These providers may process data to deliver their services under their processing terms, including applicable safeguards for international transfers. We do not sell your data. Information is kept while handling the request or relationship and, where applicable, for statutory retention and liability periods. Applications are reviewed when no longer needed for their purpose; you may request deletion.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability by contacting info@montitec.com and identifying your request. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
